Account Registration and Responsibilities:

Service Quality: The Provider does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of the services provided by the Service Providers.
User Obligations:
Lawful Use: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibited Activities: You will not use the Platform to engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
Platform Integrity: You will not interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks.
Booking Process:
Accurate Information: When making a booking through the Platform, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.
Booking Confirmation: The booking is considered confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation from the Platform.

Provider’s Responsibility: The Provider is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in the booking process that are beyond its control.
Payment:

Additional Terms: All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the payment processor and any additional terms and conditions imposed by the Service Provider.
Unauthorized Charges: The Provider is not liable for any unauthorized charges made on your payment account.
Intellectual Property:
Ownership: The Platform and all its contents, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Provider or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Restrictions: You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Platform without the prior written consent of the Provider.
Limitation of Liability:
Damages: The Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or the services provided by the Service Providers.
Maximum Liability: The Provider’s total liability in connection with this Agreement, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the Provider in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
Indemnification:
Protection of the Provider: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Platform or any violation of this Agreement.
Termination:
Suspension or Termination: The Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time without notice if you breach this Agreement or engage in any activities that may harm the Provider, the Platform, or other users.
Termination Effects: Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease, and you must immediately cease all use of the Platform.
General Provisions:
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction]. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Jurisdiction].

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the Platform.
