1.1. Flexibility is important to us, which is why we allow you to cancel your booking through our convenient Platform atleast 7 days before visit. In such a case 25% amount will be forfeited and remaining will be refunded. However, in case cancellation is done with 7 days then no refund will be given.

1.2. Refunds will be paid by online mode within 7 working days of cancellation intimation.

Cancellation by the The Nature House

2.1. In unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, natural disasters, or other reasons beyond their control, The Nature Houses may need to cancel or modify a booking. We understand the inconvenience this may cause and strive to minimize disruptions.

2.2. Rest assured, we will make every effort to promptly notify you of any cancellations or modifications made by The Nature House. Furthermore, we are here to assist you in exploring alternative options, if available.

2.3. If a cancellation is initiated by The Nature House, then Entire amount will be refunded.

No-show Policy: Punctuality Matters

3.1. A “no-show” occurs when you fail to show up for a booked service without prior cancellation. We kindly request that you prioritize punctuality to avoid any inconveniences.

3.2. In case of no Show no refund will be given.
